Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Retrovibe Analog”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller, while “customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the person purchasing or using our products and services.
Products & Availability
We offer both new and pre-owned products. Many of our vinyl records, CDs and vintage hi-fi items are individual or limited-stock pieces and may therefore be available in only one copy.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and availability are accurate. However, minor variations may occur, particularly with pre-owned and vintage items.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed when an order has been successfully placed and accepted.
Condition & Grading
Pre-owned vinyl records and CDs are graded according to the condition information displayed on each product page and our Grading Guide. Media and sleeve conditions may be graded separately.
Grading involves careful assessment but, by its nature, may include a reasonable degree of subjective judgement. Normal signs of age or use consistent with the stated grade should not be considered defects.
Vintage hi-fi equipment and other pre-owned items will have their condition described individually whenever applicable. Customers are encouraged to review the complete product description and available photographs before ordering.
Prices
All prices displayed on retrovibeanalog.com are shown in the currency indicated on the website. Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Orders

Physical music requires appropriate protection during transport. We package orders using methods and materials selected to reduce the risk of damage to records, sleeves, CDs and other products during normal shipping conditions.

Customers should inspect their package upon delivery and contact us promptly if an order appears to have been damaged in transit.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the customer.
